Oliver Springs celebrates

The town of Oliver Springs is hosting its Christmas in the City festivities on Saturday, Dec. 15.
Opening ceremonies will be at 3:30 p.m. at Court of Flags.
Parade line up is at 4:45 p.m. at Arrowhead Park. The parade starts at 5:30. Afterward, there will be pictures with Santa at City Hall upon his arrival. Hot chocolate will be served.
Church services will be held at 7 p.m. at Historical Cumberland Presbyterian Church at the corner of Winter Gap and West Spring Street.
