Oliver Springs used a stellar defensive performance from their boys and girls to earn a sweep Tuesday night at Terry Hacker gymnasium.
Girls Game
The Oliver Springs Lady ‘Cats(15-4,8-1) were not going to allow the Lady Jackets to catch lightning in a bottle twice in a row. Their defense was just too much for the Lady Jackets, beating them 42-30 to take back control of District 4-A.
Neither team could on track offensively in the early going as the game went nearly three minutes before a point was scored.
