Might there be a more amicable conclusion to the ongoing litigation between Harriman and the developers of Pinnacle Pointe shopping center?
Harriman City Councilman J.D. Sampson got agreement from council to meet with Jerry Duncan and Steve Kirkham about the ongoing dispute which centers around a state audit that found the developers owed the city $234,685 toward public funds spent on private development.
In response, the developers argued the city owes them about $274,000.
Since then, both parties have claimed the other could owe substantially.
