Playoff season begins Friday

TSSAA’s second football season starts Friday night as first round playoffs action starts across the state.

Three teams from Roane County will also start their second season as Rockwood travels to Gatlinburg-Pittman in the first round of the Class AA playoffs while Harriman visits Cloudland in Class A. Midway will be the only Roane County team that hosts a playoff game this week as the Green Wave will entertain Grace Christian Academy.
