Red Cross in need of volunteers

The American Red Cross is seeking volunteers in Roane County to help provide disaster assistance when needed.
An orientation to introduce the community to Red Cross Emergency Services will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Oct. 23 in Kingston Community Center.
Volunteers are especially needed from Harriman, Kingston, Oak Ridge, Oliver Springs, Rockwood and the county’s unincorporated communities, including Midtown and Ten Mile.
