Sean Richardson was the hero Friday night as the junior guard buried a three-pointer as time expired to give the Oliver Springs Bobcats a 55-53 victory at Oneida in a match-up between the top two teams in District 4-A.
Things didn’t go as well for the Bobcats Saturday night, however, as a cold-shooting night cost the ‘Cats dearly in a 48-39 loss at Catholic.
The Bobcats are 7-7 overall after the split, but Tony Ingram’s squad is 3-0 in district play.
