There’s never been any question that Midway’s Alex Richardson would play college softball.
The only question was where Richardson would play beginning next season and that question was answered Friday when the Lady Wave senior signed scholarship papers with Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville.
“I’m super happy,” Richardson said after making it official on Friday. “I’m happy with my choice of college, and I’m thankful for my family for supporting me through everything.”
Richardson chose Trevecca for several reasons that weren’t necessarily related to softball.
