Roane students excel in postsecondary studies

East Tennessee State University

William C. Carothers of Kingston and Rebekah L. Loden of Rockwood are among students earning dean’s list achievement at East Tennessee State University’s Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy for spring session.
Students who qualified for the dean’s list were enrolled in no fewer than 12 credit hours and achieved a semester grade-point average of 3.5 or above on a 4.0 scale, with no grade lower than a B-minus.
ETSU is in Johnson City.

Lincoln Memorial University

A number of Roane County students at Lincoln Memorial University were named to the school’s dean’s list for spring semester.
Those earning dean’s list placement include Kathryn Booher, Kari Cox, Andrea Foster, Kayla Wadlington and Veronica Walker, all of Harriman; Robert Borum, Katherine Gilbert and Teena Hedrick, all of Kingston; and Teresa Boshears of Oliver Springs.
Full-time undergraduate students with a semester grade-point average of 3.5 or higher are named to the dean’s list.
Lincoln Memorial University is in Harrogate.

University of Tennessee at Chattanooga

Thirteen students from Roane County are on the dean’s list for spring semester at University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.  
They include Jordan Burdette, Kala Cisson, Kramer Gunter, Kasey Keever, Kristen Kyker, Cree Moore, Hali Morris, Abigail Overstreet, Robyn Parten, Timothy Phillips, Amanda Riggs, Callie Scandlyn and Shelby Swafford.
UTC students who make a 3.2 or higher semester grade-point average are awarded the honor.
