Robinson named 2-A Player of the Year

They call him “Sugar,” but Midway’s Ray Robinson was anything but sweet for opposing defenses this season as the Green Wave junior RB rushed for 1,800 yards and 22 TDs in helping lead Craig Moser’s squad to the Region 2-A championship and a school record 11 wins.

Robinson’s efforts didn’t go unnoticed as the coaches in Region 2-A recently picked him as the Region 2-A Player of the Year.
