Rockwood bank robbed

Authorities are investigating the robbery of US Bank in Rockwood Wednesday.
Rockwood police and Federal Bureau of Investigation are asking for help identifying the suspect, who entered the bank at 134 N. Gateway Ave. around 1:30 p.m. and presented a note. He took an undisclosed amount of money.
“It’s still under investigation ... probably just better to leave it at that.” said U.S. Bank District Manager Randy Carlile.
