Rockwood fares well in weekend tournament

If the Rockwood Tigers are fortunate enough to make a trip to the TSSAA Class A State Tournament this year, there is a good chance they could see Lookout Valley, Forrest or Mount Pleasant in Murfreesboro.

This past weekend, the Tigers faced those three teams in a tournament played at Lookout Valley and the news was good for Tiger fans as Rockwood beat all three Class A powers before falling to Gordon Lee, Ga. in the title game, 14-7.
