Rockwood sweeps Midway

The Rockwood Tigers picked up a pair of District 3-A wins Tuesday night at Midway.

The Lady Tigers ran their district record to 2-1 with a 50-45 win over Midway while the Tigers cruised to a 60-44 win over Midway to even their district record to 2-2.

The Midway Lady Waves did pick up win number two of the year Friday at Washburn as they rolled to a 51-29 win to get that second win.

Midway, however, was hammered in the nightcap game at Washburn, 61-24.
