A 2013 rose seminar “Growing Beautiful Roses Made Easy,” will be on March 2 on the University of Tennessee’s Agricultural Campus.
The seminar, sponsored by the Holston Rose Society and the Tennessee Rose Society., is designed for both novice and experienced rose growers.
There will be multi-education sessions presented by speakers with many years of experience in growing roses.
The seminar will be from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The cost will be $15 with advanced registration, and $20 if paid at the door.
There will be door prizes and handout packets with rose-growing information.
Items to be offered for sale include rose products, garden-related items and potted rose bushes.
