Kathryn Ruffner of Oliver Springs and William Ledbetter of Harriman announce their forthcoming marriage.
The ceremony will be on Sept. 17 in Knoxville.
The bride-elect is the daughter of John and Renee Davis of Oliver Springs and Mark Ruffner of Oak Ridge.
A 2007 graduate of Oliver Springs High School and a 2011 graduate of the University of Tennessee, she is a nurse at Parkwest Medical Center, Knoxville.
The prospective groom is the son of Jim and Debra Ledbetter of Harriman.
A utility worker with Harriman Utility Board, he is a 2004 graduate of Harriman High School and a 2010 graduate of Roane State Community College.
