RWSG has extra to help the needy

A Rockwood Water Sewer and Natural Gas program designed to help the less fortunate with their gas bills during the winter months hasn’t seen any disbursement of funds since March, but it’s not for lack of trying.
RWSG manager Kim Ramsey said the Warm Thoughts Program has a significant balance. As of August, the balance was over $36,000.
