School officials believe Oliver Springs High School’s water bill was too high.
The town’s water department agrees. In fact, they admitted the overcharges in water and sewer services in an answer filed by their attorney to a lawsuit brought on by the Roane County school system.
According to the answer, however, fault does not totally lie with the water department.
