Mid-East Community Action Agency’s senior services program has several opportunities in the coming months to participate in activities or programs.
A free weekly chronic disease self-management program will meet each Monday from Oct. 3 to Nov. 7 in Harriman Community Center.
Each weekly meeting will be from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.
The program is ideal for those who have a chronic condition such as asthma, arthritis, depression, diabetes or COPD.
