A subcontractor who performed groundwork on the county’s new jail project has filed a lawsuit in Roane County Chancery Court.
In the 12-page complaint, Brian Mullins of Siteworx LLC contends he wasn’t paid for work performed on the job.
J&M Inc., Henson Construction Services, Clay Williams & Associates and the Roane County government are all named as defendants.
Mullins alleges the defendants conspired against his company for not agreeing to acknowledge fault over project delays.
