Pondside, on a clear summer evening in East Roane County, a lone frog warms up his banjo vocal chords as the sun goes down.
At a renovated schoolhouse across the road comes a faint reply — but this one includes guitars, mandolin and bass.
It’s Tuesday night at the Bradbury Community Center at 3343 Buttermilk Road and the place is hopping with Bluegrass players and those who like to hear them play.
