Ten graduate from Rockwood First Baptist’s Preschool

Rockwood First Baptist Church’s Preschool celebrated its 10th annual graduation ceremony last month with 10 children graduating.

All 18 children in the program participated in the commencement activities.

Children who were part of this year’s program are, front row from left, Trevin True, Sailor Presley, Avery Miles, Emma Lancaster, Jerra Jones, James DeBord, Eli Blake; and graduates, back row, Isaac Blake, Morgan Crass, Savanah DeBord, Kaiden Gurney, Chloe Lancaster, Peyton Reed, Madddie Smith, Joshua Snipes, Bella VanHoose and Brodie Webb. Receiving special recognition during the program were members of the 2001 Preschool Steering Committee, including Alton Richards, Carolyn Monday, Wilma Walker, Linda Plemens and James W. Gunter. Not pictured is Robin Clem.

The program staff includes director and teacher Becky Gunter and teacher Brenda Cook.

The goal of Rockwood First Baptist Church’s Preschool is to provide positive learning opportunities for each child in a Christian environment.
