Tigers advance to 3-A title game

The Rockwood Tigers are back in the District 3-A boys championship game thanks to a 62-42 victory over the visiting Greenback Cherokees Monday Night and the win improves the Tigers to 18-8.

Rockwood jumped on the Cherokees early in the first quarter, led by Cleveland Davidson who had seven points and three rebounds in the quarter. Brendan Kirkland contributed on the backboards as well with three rebounds and a blocked shot. 

The Tigers led 16-8 after eight minutes of play.
