Tigers send ‘Kees home, 67-36

The Rockwood Tigers hosted the Greenback Cherokees Friday night in a win-or-go-home match-up in the opening round of the District 3-A Tournament. 

The Tigers came to play and left nothing to chance with Jared Breazeale and Hayden Freels leading the charge in a 67-36 victory over the Cherokees. 

Rockwood won the tip and got on the board first thanks to a turn around jumper by Freels. The Tigers continued their good play and shut down Greenback's offense in the early going.
