TVA expects to request a dismissal of a federal lawsuit filed by a Knoxville man, who claims he experienced racial bullying and sexual harassment while working as a laborer at the Kingston Fossil Plant.
The lawsuit, filed on behalf of Corey Hedrick, is almost exactly the same as one filed against G.UB.MK Constructors on Oct. 8, 2012.
G.UB.MK is a joint venture between URS Corporation, Williams Plant Services LLC and Worley Parsons Group Inc.
