Two indictments and lots of other trouble with law

Benjamin Heath Clark, accused of mugging an 84-year-old woman, was indicted by the Roane County grand jury last month. He’s charged with aggravated robbery and aggravated assault-bodily injury.
Kingston police said Clark, 23, mugged Eleanor Rogers in front of Angel Nails on North Kentucky Street in December. Her son said she suffered a broken elbow and concussion in the incident.
