More than 20,000 Roane Countians benefited from services last year in the areas of emergency programs, education and youth initiatives, health services, community well-being, and crisis services.
United Way supports a variety of partner agencies.
They include  Roane County Rescue Squad, East and West Roane County Fire Departments, Imagination Library, Michael Dunn Center, 4-H, Boy and Girl Scouts, home health, kidney dialysis, senior citizen wellness initiatives 211, FISH, Second Harvest food bank, crisis help lines, housing and the Salvation Army.
Following a continental breakfast, campaign training for company chairmen will focus on how to conduct a fun and effective campaign in the workplace. A Campaign Toolkit will be provided for each attendee.
