Will anyone run for Kingston City Council?

One of those races, for Rockwood mayor, is of interest because of the number of people indicating interest in the office. The Kingston City Council race is attracting attention for the opposite reason. As of Friday, no candidates had picked up petitions of candidacy for the three seats to be vacated on July 1.
