The Roane Alliance President/CEO Leslie Henderson said Darrell Williams is back working part time with the organization on a probationary basis.
Williams is still listed as vice president of business development on The Roane Alliance’s website, but Henderson said no decision has been made on his position or title.
Kingston police arrested Williams on Sept. 17 for DUI and violation of the implied consent law following a lunchtime crash.
Kingston police said an empty bottle of Vodka was found in Williams’ vehicle and he refused to submit to a chemical test. Following his arrest Henderson said Williams had been placed on unpaid administrative leave.
Williams has a court date scheduled for Dec. 10. It had been scheduled for Nov. 12, but was reset.
