Members of Junior Roane Clean Community System at Cherokee Middle School sold the school’s parking lot potholes for Valentine’s Day. Individuals paid $5, $10 or $25 depending on the size of the pothole. A heart was painted around the hole with initials beside it. Sweethearts got a framed picture of their beloved placing a frilly valentine over their pothole. Members hoped to raise enough money to get the potholes filled.

She was thankful for the many cards and gifts she received. So Julia, we wish you God’s blessings and many more birthdays.
