Mary Beth and Jamie Pennington at 502 Trenton St., Harriman, are the recipients of Harriman Garden Club’s December Beautification Award.
“There were many beautifully decorated lawns in the area,” said Pat Ramsey of the Harriman Garden Club,” and we appreciate all their time and effort in creating a fantasy wonderland in lights for all the public to enjoy.”
