A sluggish start provided drama early, but the Harriman Blue Devils closed out with a dominant second half to defeat the Tellico Bears 84-46.
“Our defense has taken a few steps back, and tonight we focused on getting back to the fundamentals,” said Harriman coach Shay Shannon.
Finding the bottom of the net was not an issue for the Devils, as they amassed 19 points in the first period of play. Isaiah McClain dropped nine points in the opening quarter.
