    Born in Dyllis, she attended Wheat School and graduated from Harriman High School.

    She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Franks; parents, Robert C. and Alice K. Ladd; brothers,  Robert A. Ladd, Kendall Ladd and eeR.C. Ladd; and sister, Mary Ladd Irwin.

    Pamela Lynn Mays, 59, of Kingston, died Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2009, at her home.

    A member of Kingston First Baptist Church, she loved her family and enjoyed life, the outdoors, sports and making people laugh.

    She was preceded in death by father, Charles K. Rose.

    Elizabeth Nielsen, 87, of Kingston, formerly of New Smyrna Beach, Fla., died Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2009, in Methodist Medical Center, Oak Ridge.

    A lifelong member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, she supported the church’s missionary work and dearly loved her little animals.

    She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence “Pat” Nielsen.

    He was of the Baptist faith. He was a retired ACME Block truck driver with 32 years of service. In later years, he worked as a carpenter. He loved woodworking, hunting, fishing and motorcycle riding.

    She was a loving mother, grandmother and sister.

    She was preceded in death by parents, John Thomas and Mary Louise Vincent; brother, John Wesley Vincent; and nieces, Joy Waldo and Madison Vincent.

    A member of Mount Pisgah Baptist Church, Oliver Springs, she had a loving, caring spirit and believed that all things could be accomplished through Jesus Christ. She loved meeting new people and had a close and loving relationship with her parents, Clifford “Bud” and Jean Wilson, both of whom preceded her in death.

    Survivors include son, Tim Davis; stepsons, Mike Tinker, Ronnie Tinker and Donnie Tinker; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other family, friends and loved ones.
