Bobbie June Basler

Bobbie June Basler, 71, of Harriman, died Saturday, Dec. 8, 2007, in University of Tennessee Medical Center, Knoxville.

She was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by mother and father, Mamie Solomon Rus-sell and Claiborn Russell; daughter, Gina Marie Basler; sister, Donna Faye Miller; and grandson, Joshua Shane Basler.

Mattie Ewing

Mattie Ewing, 58, of Harriman, died Monday, Dec. 3, 2007, in Methodist Medical Center, Oak Ridge.

Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Evans Mortuary of Rockwood.

Patrizia Pennington Hull

Patrizia Pennington Hull, 42, of Louisville, Tenn., died Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2007, as a result of an automobile accident.

Robert Kevin ‘Robby’ James

Robert Kevin “Robby” James, 35, of Gatlinburg, formerly of Harriman, died Thursday, Nov. 22, 2007, in Fort Sanders Sevier Medical Center, Sevierville.

He was preceded in death by parents, William Robert James Jr. and Carolyn Lee York.

Survivors include brothers and sisters, Chuck Stringfield, Scott Stringfield, Agnie Rines, Greta Stringfield, Phil James, Debra Hazelwood and Gail Pope; stepmother, Bessie James; and several nieces and nephews.

Fay Ola Lane Hartley

Fay Ola Lane Hartley, 82, of Lake City, Fla., died Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2007.

Born in Kingston, she was the daughter of Rufus Hillard and Mattie Johnston Lane, both of whom preceded her in death. She had lived in Lake City since 1945. She was a Southern Bell telephone operator for nine years, and she owned and operated Fay’s Beauty Shop for 18 years. She loved her family, and in her spare time she loved gardening flowers, cooking, feeding her chickens, doves and dogs. She was a member of Lake City First Baptist Church.
