    Based on information obtained from Roane County General Sessions Court, Roane County News incorrectly reported in the Monday, Dec. 6, issue that John F. Stout entered a guilty plea and was convicted on March 15 for a Feb. 17 probation violation.

    Courthouse records show that Stout has not been charged with probation violation, nor are there any such charges against him.
