Nineteen people have put in applications seeking the top utility job in Harriman.
The application deadline to fill the Harriman Utility Board general manager’s post was Friday, and HUB assistant manager Bill Young is among those seeking the job.
“I guess what we’ll do is sort of plan where do we go from here,” said HUB Manager Chuck Flora, who will retire this summer.
The board will meet at 7 p.m. today, Monday, in the HUB building, and the manager’s search is one of the topics up for discussion.
