Kingston police took out a theft warrant for a contractor in October after he allegedly stiffed a woman who hired him to do some work.
Joshua Lee Miles, 41, was arrested on the warrant last week.
According to police, Dianne Eddie paid Miles $600 on June 14 to do some work on her house.
“On Sept. 18, 2014, Ms. Eddie reported to the Kingston Police Department that Mr. Miles had not completed the work agreed upon,” the warrant states.
That day, an officer found Miles at a home on Greenwood Street.
