    The Kingston Lady Yellow Jackets got a little payback Friday evening when they held on for a 54-51 win over Cumberland County.
    The Lady Jackets lost by 10 to the Lady Jets one week before at Cumberland County.
    In the nightcap, the Yellow Jackets got a sweep of Cumberland County with a 72-71 overtime decision. Kingston had beaten the Jets by five at Crossville last Friday.
    The Yellow Jackets travel to Lenoir City Friday night in their final game before Christmas.

    There is an old Jerry Reed song that goes "When you're hot, you're hot." And in a much-ballyhooed contest between the Oneida Lady Indians and Oliver Springs Lady Bobcats, the Lady Indians got knocked out like Manny Pacquiao as the Lady 'Cats took a convincing 62-34 win. 

  • MMS swept at Greenback

    Monday was a tough day for the Midway Middle School Green Wave and Lady Waves as both squad suffered defeats at Greenback.

  • HMS edges Bobcats

    While there may not have been an abundance of points, the Harriman Middle School Lady Blue Devils managed to hold off the Oliver Springs Middle School Lady Bobcats Thursday night by a 22-19 margin.
