The Roane State Raiderettes picked up a pair of huge victories over the weekend as Monica Boles’ squad swept Dyersburg State and Southwest Tennessee in a pair of TJCCAA games.

Friday night, it was Roane State’s defense that was the key to victory as the Raiderettes downed Dyersburg State, 59-56.

On Saturday, the Raiderettes turned to their offense in picking up a 92-86 victory over Southwest Tennessee.

With the victories, Roane State improves to 12-5 on the season.
