Justin Edward Zabriskie, 41, will serve time in state prison in his sex crime case. Zabriskie was indicted by the Roane County grand jury last year on charges of rape, aggravated statutory rape and statutory rape by an authority figure. He reached a plea deal with prosecutors in March and agreed to plead to statutory rape by an authority figure and serve eight years in prison at 100% service.
Zabriskie was sentenced on April 12 in Roane County Criminal Court. The rape and aggravated statutory rape charges were dismissed as part of his plea deal.
