A woman is facing drug charges following a Tuesday morning traffic stop in Rockwood. According to the report, Rockwood Police Department Detective Dustin Arnold pulled over a Nissan in the Little Caesars parking lot after a check through dispatch revealed the tags on the car belonged on a Honda.
The driver of the car was identified as Hannah Sexton. She initially gave police a different name.
The report said a backpack in the car contained suspected methamphetamine and heroin.
“Upon weighing the product found, the crystal-like substance suspected to be methamphetamine weighed approximately 6.85 grams and the white powder suspected to be heroin weighed approximately 24.04 grams,” the report said.
Sexton, 27, was arrested and charged with criminal impersonation, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, registration violation; manufacture, deliver, sale or possession of methamphetamine and manufacture, deliver, sale, or possession of a controlled substance. She was still in custody at the Roane County Jail on Wednesday.
